You can join Field of Mugi for free.  There is no membership fee.
The members have absolutely no obligation but to follow the rule
of common sense.

The operational budget for Field of Mugi comes from expenses left 
over from off-line meetings and donations (up to 1,000 yen per person 
annually) from well-meaning members, and we use the most cost efficient
ISP. Please note that donation is never mandatory.
